Consistencia interna de la escala EBP en jóvenes residentes en Medellín (Antioquia)

Internal consistency of the EBP scale in young residents in Medellín (Antioquia)
ResumenEl presente manuscrito tiene por objetivo determinar la consistencia estadística de los ítems de la escala de bienestar psicológico EBP. Se realiza una descripción y un análisis de los datos obtenidos después de aplicar una prueba piloto, la cual integró 30 participantes, jóvenes que se encontraron entre los 20 y 25 años de edad pertenecientes a la Ciudad de Medellín. Se encontró un alfa de Cronbach de ,793 demostrando una adecuada consistencia. Además se realiza un análisis factorial para identificar los constructos subyancentes a los atributos o variables medidas con la prueba, y compararlos con las subecalas establecidas en la EBP. Según este análisis se encuentran diez factores que tienen una coincidencia alta con las subescalas, de tal manera que para el proceso de validación se tendrán en cuenta las cuatro subescalas propuestas por la EBP, con cada uno de los ítems que las componen.
