Aspects such as divorce, the dissolution of the marital society in fact, the emotional breakdown of a dating relationship under which offspring has been procreated, and in general terms the suspension of the parents' life together are the reasons why It is called as a new form of economic violence, aspects to which must be added, the selfish, egocentric and lack of common sense feelings of the feeder or the immaturity and foolishness of one of the parents. The legislator has fallen short when defining the different forms of economic violence of which a person can be a victim and has ignored food non-assistance as a member of this, so it is necessary to rethink the different conceptions that the community has had in this regard. jurisprudence, doctrine and comparative law, in order to determine the opportunity and necessity of the inclusion of non-food assistance, as a factor that generates economic violence.
