Communication of human rights in Mexico during 2019 and challenges for its effective promotion in 2020

For an individual to know and effectively exercise the rights that are inherent to him, an active communication of them is required. Starting from this premise, this article aims to analyze the actions aimed at promoting the communication of human rights in Mexico during 2019. The activities and educational and informative contents of the main national institutions that have among their attributions the promotion of human rights will be studied. : the first of a judicial nature, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, and the second confusion of observation, promotion and non-binding protection, the National Human Rights Commission. Within the scope of its powers, the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation seeks to promote the dissemination, respect and guarantee of human rights in the jurisdictional and administrative functions of the Judicial Power of the Federation and national and international public bodies; For its part, the National Human Rights Commission intends to promote the knowledge, study, teaching and dissemination of human rights through the observance, training, linkage
institutional, research and academic training, in order to contribute to the strengthening
of the culture of common respect between sectors of society. For this analysis, it was necessary to implement the analytical and deductive method, documentary research techniques and the measurement of indicators, which made it possible to determine if in 2019 the communication of human rights has been sufficient, as well as to detect the areas of opportunity and challenges. by 2020.
