Land has been a problematic point in the internal armed conflict in Colombia due to the absence of property titles and the informal management of rural areas, added to the issue of land concentration. Accordingly, the Law 1448 of 2011 has considered the integral reparation of those who were recognized as victims from an approach centered on their return to the dispossessed territory. In the present we will analyze the materialization of the verdicts proffered from the law of land restitution and its application in Montería, taking as a representative community of Cedro Cocido.
