Static analysis of Judgment T 366 of 2019: on the protection of the fundamental rights of children and adolescents in the face of the hegemonic perspective of discriminatory stereotypes

This article presents the hermeneutical analysis of a judgment of protection of the Constitutional Court of Colombia that deals with the problem of discriminatory acts derived from gender exclusion that entail violation of the fundamental rights of children and adolescents. The text starts from a research methodology that seeks to make a static analysis of the sentence in question, and proposes a study of a problem developed by the competent body with different reflection approaches.
