Antígona: entre el jusnaturalismo y el juspositivismo, la violencia

La obra trágica de Sófocles, Antígona, ha sido interpretada en el derecho desde el punto de vista ya clásico de la dicotomía entre derecho natural y derecho positivo. Esta y otras interpretaciones, aunque reveladoras, soslayan lo que realmente subyace al texto trágico: la dinámica de la violencia y lo sagrado. Sin embargo, el acto culminante de la violencia, el linchamiento que sirve para conjurar la crisis social, queda traslapado tras la urdimbre de dicho texto, y vuelve a salir a la luz cuando se "lee" la crítica que del teatro griego realiza Aristóteles en la poética ¿será que jusnaturalismo y juspositivismo son realmente las dos fases del proceso cultural mediante el cual la sociedad conjura una crisis que amenaza con destruirla?Author Biography
