El Articulo 17 del Código Civil Argentino establece: "Los usos y costumbres no pueden crear derechos sino cuando las leyes se refieran a ellos o en siatuaciones no regladas legalmente". El comportamiento humano, que constituye la base del uso largo y constante de la costumbre como fuente del derecho, puede ser considerado objeto semiótico y al mismo tiempo funcionar como semiosis sustituyente de la semiosis jurídico normativa.Author Biography
