Límites de los derechos fundamentales

Diversos estuidos se han realizado en torno al concepto de los derechos fundamentales, sin embargo, pocas de esas investigaciones se han detenido en determinar los límites de esos derechos, y se habla de límites por cuanto el derecho, si bien procura libertades, a su vez, también procuraobligacione sy responsabilidades, esto es, tener el derecho no da lugar a actuaciones contrarias al mismo derecho, más sí permite que las libertades se desarrollen en torno a las mismas normas. Desde esa perspectiva, se evidencia en esta investigación los limites de los derechos fundamentales, a partir de unos análisis bibliográficos, legales, documentales, y jurisprudenciales, en torno a interpretaciones iusfilosóficas, hermenéuticos e históricos de dicha temática.Author Biographies
