El concepto de derecho fundamental en la corte constitucional colombiana

Desde el inicio de sus funciones como supremo tribunal encargado de velar por la constitución y los derechos fundamentales, la Corte Constitucional colombiana ha tratado de definir que sonlos derechos fundamentales, es decir, ha tratado de elaborar un concepto de derecho fundamental, una labor
dotada indudablemente de necesariedad constitucional. El siguiente articulo, muestra un rastreo jurisprudencial,
del concepto de derecho fundamental, en las sentencias de la Corte Constitucional, que culmina así: Son
«derechos fundamentales» aquellos derechos que corresponden al ser humano en razón de su dignidad o
que están dirigidos a lograrla, sean traducibles en derechos subjetivos, en razón de las circunstancias ácticas del caso concreto.
