El presente artículo es resultado de avance del proyecto de investigación Aplicabilidad de lasdisposiciones normativas del Derecho Urbano en relación al espacio y al territorio en Colombia 2000 - 2007, por
medio del cual se busca exponer los avances derivados de los rastreos documentales realizados en la investigación,
a partir de los cuales se pretende exhibir específicamente los apartes y elementos de articulación y congruencia
que giran en torno al trascendental artículo 5 de la Ley 9 de 1989, por medio del cual se define el Espacio Público
en el ordenamiento jurídico de Colombia, tema de importancia en la indagación.
