¿Metamorfosis o mimetismo? Preliminares sobre ciertas nociones sociológicas inspiradas en La Filosofía del Derecho hegeliana

Este artículo muestra los primeros resultados de una investigación exploratoria de tipo cualitativono experimental. Se trata fundamentalmente de una primera revisión documental delimitada estrictamente a los
textos clásicos de G. W. F. Hegel, y más concretamente a su obra Principios de la Filosofía del Derecho. Hace
referencia a las nociones de Persona, Personalidad, Sujeto e Institución, las cuales se consideran pertinentes en la
primera caracterización de una de las categorías centrales de tal investigación: el concepto de Socialización
Organizacional. Se concluye que es necesario continuar la teorización del problema, y diseñar un modelo de
análisis para llegar al trabajo de terreno con mejores elementos para hacer la observación y el consecuente
examen de la información obtenida allí con el fin de cumplir con el objetivo trazado desde el principio.
