Familia posmoderna: una crítica a la tradición jurídica colombiana

El artículo 42 de la Constitución Política colombiana recoge el imaginario tradicional de la sociedad colombiana sobre la familia. Esta visión desconoce las transformaciones socioculturales que durante veinte años han erosionado los pilares estructurantes de la idea moderna de familia. Las nuevas lógicas familiares buscan inclusión al interior del modelo humanista promovido por la condición social de Estado, garante de la diversidad y la multiculturalidad, premisas que parecen chocar con la manera monodimensional de la conformación familiar.
