Las garantías jurisdiccionales de los impartidores de justicia

Resumen. Las garantías jurisdiccionales son las condiciones laborales que tienen como objeto, proteger la actuación jurisdiccional de los impartidores de justicia, como la de reconocer y otorgar un conjunto de prestaciones para los empleados del Poder Judicial, para que puedan desarrollar de manera eficaz sus funciones. Este trabajo presenta y analiza estas garantías jurisdiccionales.
