Se trata de establecer con profundidad lo pertinente a la culpabilidad, acorde con la visión de su autor Fernández Carrasquilla. Realiza así el maestro, una crítica demoledora sobre el desarrollo científico de los profesores Claux Roxin y Gûnther Jakobs, sobre el primero y en el entendido de que históricamente, desde 1970 el pensamiento del profesor Roxin, busca fundamentar un sistema racional-final (teleológico) o funcional, del Derecho Penal, rechazando el punto de partida del finalismo.References
