Símbolos jurídicos y políticos en el Zarathustra de Friedrich Nietzsche

Así habló Zarathustra es un texto que vehiculiza la teoría del lenguaje de Nietzsche. Según dicha teoría, el lenguaje es esencialmente retórico y por tal motivo propicia la nueva irrupción del símbolo y del sentido en la filosofía occidental. A partir de ésta, además, Nietzsche realiza una gran crítica a la metafísica y, con base en dicha crítica, es posible encontrar, en ese gran bestiario que es el Zarathustra, una abigarrada cantidad de símbolos que ilustran una faceta del pensamiento nietzscheano. Por otra parte, dado que derecho y política poseen grandes presupuestos metafísicos, no es de extrañar que el texto contenga símbolos atinentes a estas disciplinas. La parte central de este ensayo está dedicada a la interpretación de algunos de estos símbolos: el dragón, el león, el Leviathán y la serpiente prudente.
