La empresa unipersonal y la llamada sociedad unipersonal constituyen categorías jurídicas inconfundibles y, aunque en nuestra legislación no existe la sociedad unipersonal, pues ninguna ley la crea y regula, algunas erróneas interpretaciones normativas han impreso a la empresa unipersonal la condición de sociedad unipersonal, en abierta contradicción con nuestras leyes civiles y comerciales.
