El Derecho civil español: entre lo permanente y su constitucionalización

El Derecho civil es el derecho de los ciudadanos, y su evolución debe acompañar a la propia de la sociedad a que sirve; el Derecho civil español no es una excepción a esta sana ley vital. En su largo tránsito histórico es evidente que, más que evolucionar, se ha revolucionado debido –entre otros factores, y sin olvidar las transformaciones sociales- a la influencia del constitucionalismo contemporáneo. Pero ¿hay algo permanente en el Derecho civil, que se sostenga sobre los propios vaivenes de la historia, dando una fundamental estabilidad a todo el Ordenamiento jurídico?
