En el presente artículo se busca determinar las inhabilidades, impedimentos, incompatibilidades y conflicto de intereses de los indígenas como sujetos disciplinables en Colombia; para ello, se hace necesario conocer los alcances jurisprudenciales fijados por la Corte Constitucional colombiana frente a las circunstancias legales mencionadas de los indígenas en materia de Derecho Disciplinario; se busca describir las disposiciones legales en materia disciplinaria sobre los mencionados aspectos que aplican a los indígenas en Colombia y, por último, se pretende establecer la incidencia de la jurisdicción indígena frente al régimen disciplinario en el país.
