La falsa moral del Estado como garante del derecho fundamental a la educación

En Colombia existe un alto índice de analfabetismo (en sentido figurado) y este se debe al manejo de una “falsa moral” que tiene el Estado frente a la concepción de lo que es la educación en nuestro país y sobre el contenido de la misma.
