Panorama de la Teoría Comunicacional del Derecho

Toda construcción teórica parte de un supuesto: esbozar un panorama general del objeto para poder entender los contenidos específicos de este. No puede pretenderse, bajo ninguna perspectiva, cuando se realiza el estudio de un autor, querer abordar un tópico en especial, pues desentender ese tópico del contexto general sería como pretender querer explicar la evolución del hombre desde la perspectiva del libro del Génesis solamente. De la obra de Gregorio Robles en su conjunto, podemos ver que el tratamiento de los tópicos no es aislado, concatena cada elemento para poder cimentar –y con propiedad– la teoría comunicacional.
