La formación como un intrumento de humanización de las relaciones laborales

En el contexto de la globalización, teniendo como referencia el flujo de la información, los trabajadores deben asumir un rol protagónico dentro de las relaciones laborales que los involucra, en procura de una mejor interacción social empresarial que permita humanizar los contratos laborales en el marco de una comunicación asertiva entre empleadores y trabajadores; por ello la investigación social aplicada al mundo de las PYMES, en el contexto micro-empresarial, permite medir el impacto de la implementación de los programas de formación como un instrumento efectivo de legalización y humanización de las relaciones laborales.
