Dialéctica de lo real y lo posible Reflexiones crítico-interpretativas en torno a La tercera vía de Anthony Giddens como alternativa al conflicto entre el neoliberalismo y el Estado de bienestar

El presente artículo realiza un acercamiento interpretativo y crítico al libro La tercera vía de Anthony Giddens. Primero, hace una génesis del concepto básico y su relación con la filosofía; segundo, las generalidades de los conceptos condicionantes del concepto de tercera vía; tercero, la crítica del argumento de la obra, que involucra el socialismo y sus dilemas, el rol del Estado y el vínculo con la era global; cuarto, las objeciones filosófico-jurídicas al planteamiento de Giddens; y, finalmente, el cierre, en el que se determinan las razones por las que el Estado de bienestar y el neoliberalismo no se pueden someter a la síntesis ni a la integración mediante una tercera vía, como la plantean Kant y Hegel.
