El derecho disciplinario frente a la interceptación de comunicaciones en Colombia

En el marco del proceso disciplinario existen una serie de disposiciones en las que se determinan las acciones y sanciones a que da lugar la interceptación ilegal de comunicaciones telefónicas, las cuales no sólo basta con identificar, sino también requieren de un análisis específico de casos como el tráfico de influencias, el conflicto de intereses, la indebida participación en polítca de funcionarios públicos, la corrupción, la falsedad material en documento público, las nóminas paralelas, la nulidad de las interceptaciones ilícitas, el control de garantías a posteriori, entre otros casos. En vista de ello, se busca en este artículo definir cuándo se configura la responsabilidad disciplinaria por la interceptación de comunicaciones en Colombia a partir de las disposiciones del ordenamiento jurídico nacional
