Concepciones y percepciones sobre el matrimonio católico, a la luz del Derecho Canónico y de Familia

El contrato matrimonial y, a su vez, el sacramento del matrimonio católico refiere una necesidad de que quienes lo celebran conozcan cuál es el verdadero objeto del vínculo y las correspondientes obligaciones jurídicas contraídas, a saber, el bien de los cónyuges de manera integral, la indisolubilidad, la sacramentalidad y su importancia social y estética. El presente artículo desarrolla los ámbitos de atención pastoral y jurídica del matrimonio y los requerimientos mínimos de formación humana y jurídica necesarios para asumir la triple función de ser sujeto activo, sujeto pasivo y prestación del contrato todos en uno y al mismo tiempo, debido a la imposibilidad de fraccionar el consentimiento expresado ante el ministro calificado.
