Resumen

Asumiendo la premisa de que existe un profundo y antiguo vínculo entre filosofía y literatura, este artículo desarrolla un análisis de los nexos particulares que relacionan estas dos actividades humanas, tomando como referentes la leyenda celtica de “Tristán e Isolda” y la filosofía de A. Schopenhauer, como también el “Mito de Sísifo” y la filosofía del existencialismo francés de J.P. Sartre y A.Camus. Como punto de partida para este análisis, las preguntas de base que sirven al mismo y se infieren y analizan en la conclusión de la meditación realizada, son las dos siguientes: En primer lugar ¿por qué el amor y la muerte es un tema recurrente en la tragedia y la comedia de la poesía y la epopeya de diferentes épocas y distintas civilizaciones? Y en segundo lugar, ¿Cómo converge la producción de la literatura y la filosofía en el abordaje de una misma idea?

 Abstract

Assuming the premise that there is a deep and ancient link between philosophy and literature, this article develops an analysis of the individual links that connect these two human activities, taking as reference the Celtic legend of "Tristan and Isolde" and the philosophy of A.Schopenhauer, as well as the "Myth of Sisyphus" and philosophy of French existentialism from J.P. Sartre and A.Camus. As a starting point for this analysis, the basic questions that serve the same and are inferred and analyzed in concluding meditation on are the following two: First, ¿why love and death is a recurring theme in tragedy and comedy and epic poetry from different eras and civilizations? And secondly, ¿how converges production of literature and philosophy in the approach to the same idea?
