Semiológical analysis of Picasso’s Guernica

The most possibly famous Pablo Picasso´s work, Guernica (1937), is analyzed in this article under semiology approach. Therefore, his work is contextualized, all details are dedicatedly studied in both aspects: formal and content. Language, speech, significant and meaning concepts are taken from the work by the author, these concepts are very closed to semiology proposed by Ferdinand de Saussure as “a science that studies life of signals in social life environment.
