Guest Artist: Daniel Valencia Albaran

Abstract

Daniel Valencia is a 25 year old paisa young man, industrial designer, lover of design, cinema and music, creator of a character, Isaías Buenahora, with which he illustrates situations, movies, people, characteristics, moments...creating life as a movie, where everything is possible, everything is slow or fast, full of action or drama, even fantasy. Isaías is born as a frustrated journalist, without work, without creativity, failed, smoker, and, as time goes by, the character evolves to become an alter ego, showing stages of his creator, invented experiences, his own or surreal. Isaías is, then, a means to transform fictitious things into reality or vice versa.
