Vol. 19 No. 32 (2023): January-June

This number 32 of the Nuevo Derecho magazine brings a series of articles that revolve around the reflection and analysis of contemporary problems of law that conflict in different scenarios that allow us to think and rethink the usual mechanisms to understand the way in which been developing legal studies. In this order of ideas, the number is made up of six articles that address current and pertinent problems regarding the law.
